1. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, Vayasa may store information you enter such as your name, age, gender, height, weight, target weight, fitness/activity preferences, exercise preferences, dietary preferences, language, measurement preference, reminders, goals and progress entries.

2. Information stored on your device

Some app preferences and wellness information are stored in your browser’s local storage so that your choices can remain available after a refresh. Browser storage is not a secure vault and should not be used for highly sensitive medical information.

3. Accounts and authentication

If account or authentication features are enabled, authentication information may be processed by the authentication service used by the app. We do not place private authentication secrets in the public frontend.

4. How information is used

Information you provide is used to personalize wellness suggestions, maintain your preferences, show plans, track progress and provide app functionality. Vayasa is designed for wellness support and is not intended to create medical diagnoses.

5. Sharing

We do not intend to sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate enabled app features, such as hosting or authentication.

6. Your choices

You can stop using the app and clear the app’s browser/site data. If an account system is enabled, account-specific deletion or access options may also be available through that service.

7. Children

Vayasa is designed for adults. It is not directed to children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a web application, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
